Principal Visual Designer

We are a dynamic organization seeking an accomplished senior web designer to spearhead the development of our online presence. This role demands creativity, collaboration and a deep understanding of design principles.
The ideal candidate is an innovative thinker with excellent time management skills, capable of delivering high-quality designs on tight deadlines in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Designing, maintaining and continually improving our website and landing pages.
- Collaborating with the team to establish a cohesive brand image.
- Contributing creative expertise to support other departments in achieving their goals.
- Creating ad-hoc social media graphics.
- Creative vision and perseverance in driving design innovation.
- A minimum of six years of experience in a design environment, preferably in web design.
- In-depth knowledge of design software: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Webflow.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Organizational and time-management abilities for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in coding for web applications (CSS, Javascript, HTML5 etc).
- Understanding of Blockchain technology.
- Knowledge of Hubspot integrations.
