The Australian Tax Accounting Director will be responsible for managing the workflow of the Cebu-based team to ensure seamless delivery of client work for the Melbourne teams. Key responsibilities include:

Additionally, the Australian Tax Accounting Director will:

  • Maintain visible capacity reporting to align team performance with Melbourne's client deliverables.

  • Stay updated with the latest accounting and tax industry knowledge.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • CA/CPA Qualification and extensive experience in accounting and team management within a professional services environment.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with a proven ability to coach and mentor a high-performing team.
  • Expertise in Australian tax compliance and accounting principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Xero and Karbon systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to build rapport with clients and staff.
