We are seeking a skilled Digital Asset Production Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

Create visually compelling designs and high-quality production files for products like murals, wallpapers, and other custom apparel using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in digital design tools and be able to optimize files for various output methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design & File Prep: Create and optimize digital files for various output methods, ensuring they meet production standards.
  • Tool Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Color & Pre-press: Implement precise color management and perform pre-press checks for flawless reproduction.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough proofreading and quality assurance checks on all designs to correct errors.
  • Workflow Collaboration: Work seamlessly with designers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
  • Layout & Typesetting: Adjust layouts and typesetting for various designs, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Qualifications
  • High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with strong knowledge of file preparation, color management, and layout principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in preparing digital assets for print and digital output.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for consistency and error detection.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical design and file preparation issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills for effective team interaction.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
