">We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Level Up Business Process Outsourcing Services OPC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns focused on Employer Branding in the Philippines.
- Support, coordinate, and manage all on-the-ground brand activations, events, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage relationships with marketing vendors, agencies, and other third-party partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Oversee and create content for TikTok account, ensuring alignment with brand voice and engagement strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Assist in managing social media and digital marketing efforts beyond TikTok, including content creation and community engagement.
- Evaluate and improve overall marketing strategy to achieve business objectives.
