Candidates should be able to disclose their full name and affiliations with the publishers.

• A PhD or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant subject area is required.
• Candidates must have at least two publications in the last two years in their field.
• A thorough understanding of research methodologies and ethical principles within their discipline is essential.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills are necessary.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback are required.
• Ability to adhere to deadlines and manage time effectively is crucial.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and objectivity is essential.
• Prior experience as a peer reviewer for academic journals is highly desirable.

• Evaluate Originality: Assess whether the manuscript is original and adds new knowledge or insights to your field of study.
• Evaluate Study Design and Methodology: Assess whether the study design and methods are appropriate, comprehensive, and clearly described.
• Literature Review: Check whether the manuscript incorporates and cites relevant research in your field.
• Analyse Results and Conclusions: Evaluate whether the results are presented clearly and appropriately.
• Provide Constructive Feedback: Suggest improvements or highlight any flaws, omissions, or ethical concerns.
• Recommend Publication: The journal editor will decide whether the manuscript should be accepted, revised, or rejected.
