Personal Injury Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Injury Lawyer to join our team in providing high-level legal support to a US law firm.

This role involves drafting and reviewing comprehensive demand letters for personal injury cases across multiple states in the US. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong understanding of personal injury legal workflows, and proactive mindset toward process improvement and high-quality legal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and/or reviewing demand letters for personal injury cases, ensuring clear and persuasive narratives and effective presentation of damages.
  • Analyzing complex medical records, treatment summaries, police reports, and incident documentation to develop clear case narratives and liability statements.
  • Assisting with workload distribution and task assignments among agents and support staff to ensure balanced caseload.
  • Contributing to the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of standard templates and knowledge databases.
  • Assisting in the development and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and workflow guides.
  • Participating in quality control reviews, providing constructive feedback and revisions aligned with established drafting standards and client expectations.
  • Supporting the training and professional development of agents and support staff by sharing best practices, conducting knowledge-sharing sessions, and mentoring.
  • Assisting in the preparation of performance reports, including the tracking of productivity, case volumes, and quality metrics to support operational oversight.
  • Participating in special projects and other legal support initiatives as required.

Requirements:

  • Member of the PH Bar in good standing;
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to draft clear and professional legal documents;
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of accuracy;
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.);
  • Able to work onsite and on a graveyard shift to align with the US timezone;
  • Comfortable working in a client-facing capacity.
