In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Formulating and implementing strategies to meet our targets and quality objectives;
  • Coordinating with resource management for requirements, including staffing;
  • Working collaboratively with Business Leaders to fully understand growth opportunities and effectively execute initiatives;
  • Understanding client direction and championing it within the organization;
  • Delivering positive customer service experiences by listening to clients' needs and presenting solutions to address issues;
  • Responsible for addressing customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships;
  • Developing and maintaining an environment that promotes professional and positive communication within the operations and fosters teamwork;
  • Monitoring operational statistics and trends, and taking appropriate action to ensure customer needs are satisfied and growth targets are met;
  • Overseeing performance appraisals and providing coaching and development opportunities;
  • Managing client relationships and identifying opportunities for additional support;
  • Communicating with internal and external clients;
  • Enhancing personal knowledge of BPO technology and making improvement recommendations;
  • Managing OPS performance and implementing creative business solutions;
  • Implementing and overseeing the quality of deliverables and managing team relationships effectively;

Requirements

  • Able to travel and live abroad for extended periods;
  • College degree preferred but not required;
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a BPO set-up;
  • Ability to use logic and reason to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions;
  • Exceptional qualities such as analytical and problem-solving skills, project management, organizational skills, adaptability, client-focused, and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Extremely knowledgeable in process and client management;
