
Senior Business Growth Associate

We are seeking a professional with excellent business development skills to fill the position of Lead Generation Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-level decision-makers, ultimately driving new client partnerships.
This is a challenging yet highly autonomous role at a fast-growing organization where individual performance directly impacts business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute targeted outreach campaigns across multiple channels including email, LinkedIn, SMS, and phone.
- Maintain exceptional engagement metrics with bounce rates below 2% and positive reply rates above 5%.
- Secure 12+ qualified meetings per month for the Business Development Manager.
- Source HR leaders, Directors, and VPs using industry-leading tools like Apollo.io and LinkedIn.
- Develop personalized messaging using platforms such as Instantly; test subject lines and CTAs.
- Makes ~10 warm calls daily to prospects engaging via other channels.
- Log outreach activity and meetings in Salesforce, accurately tagging lead sources.
- Collaborate closely with the Recruiting team post-conversion to ensure seamless handoffs.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B lead generation experience in recruiting, staffing, or similar fields.
- Excellent written English and persuasive cold messaging skills.
- Familiarity with multichannel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone).
- Confidence in making calls to U.S.-based prospects.
- Experience with CRMs like Salesforce; highly organized and data-driven.
- Highly coachable, competitive, and performance-focused.
