Job Description

Demeterland is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Video Producer to create high-quality video content for various platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, filming, and editing engaging video content that showcases our brand's values and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Production:
    • Develop concepts and storyboards in collaboration with clients and creative teams.
    • Plan, film, and edit video content for web, social media, and promotional use.
    • Capture high-quality video on set and on location, ensuring optimal lighting, sound, and composition.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative video content solutions.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure all video content meets the highest standards of quality, creativity, and engagement.
    • Review and approve final edits before publication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in video production, with a focus on creating high-quality content for digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of video production principles, including cinematography, editing, and visual effects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Avid Media Composer.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
