Product Promoter Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Product Promoter to join our team. As a Product Promoter, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to clients within Metro Manila. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, achieve sales targets, and identify new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in van sales or field sales work. Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Specialist, or similar role is also required. Strong selling and negotiating skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential.

You will conduct regular visits to clients to provide product knowledge, promotions, and service updates. You will also monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure competitive positioning. Handling client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner is crucial.

As a Product Promoter, you will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. You will manage inventory and handle basic documentation related to sales and deliveries. Driving a company vehicle to visit customers, deliver products, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders is also part of your responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of sales experience (preferably in van sales or field sales work)
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Specialist, or similar role, preferably in the General Trade / FMCG industry in different Metro Manila areas.
  • Strong selling and negotiating skills, understanding of the General Trade client needs and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to do field work and be assigned in different areas of concerns
  • Valid professional driver's license (can drive a 4-wheel vehicle or L300) and familiar with Metro Manila roads and areas.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
