**Job Summary:

The Financial Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day financial activities of AGCI-Philippines, ensuring that operations are managed efficiently and effectively. This includes financial systems, contracts, human resources, and information systems, all in accordance with AGCI-Philippines' general policies and procedures.

 

**Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Operations:

  • Provide oversight of financial activities, including reviewing expenditure plans and ensuring proper utilization of funds.
  • Maintain accurate records of payments and financial transactions, adhering to financial policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation of planned activities as per the budget schedule.

2. Budgeting:

  • Lead budget planning, implementation, and reporting for each program and/or initiative.
  • Assist program directors and senior management in all financial planning.

3. Reporting:

  • Prepare periodic financial statements and reports for programs and projects.
  • Inform senior management and relevant government offices of any over or under utilization of budget.

4. Human Resources:

  • Oversee administration of employee payroll and benefits.
  • Advise senior management on human resource development and administrative matters.

 

**Qualifications:*

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Management, with at least 8 years of relevant experience.

* Proven managerial, interpersonal, and communication skills.

* Knowledge of accounts receivable/payable, preparation of financial statements, and payroll, benefits, and office administration.
