We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at Magellan Solutions Outsourcing Inc.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide counseling services to employees regarding Employee Relations matters.
Participate in the employee relations process from onboarding to exit, including coaching, termination, and other concerns related to employee relations and due process implementation.
Communicate policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation, benefits, the Magellan Code of Conduct, and other laws affecting employer-employee relationships.
Use data to create employee profiles and track employee records regarding infractions, coaching, recognition, performance, and other related tasks that directly affect employee records in line with Employee Relations.
Represent Magellan in all avenues of employee relations concerns, including SENA, DOLE Reporting, Barangay Conciliation, and other related matters.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of HR Employee/Labor Relations work experience or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
People management skills.
Resilient with impressive work ethics and professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
