Job Opportunity for Forecasting and Insights Expert

The company seeks a skilled Forecasting and Insights Analyst to drive business growth through accurate forecasting and informed commercial decisions.

This role involves taking ownership of the forecasting process, optimizing methods to improve accuracy and minimize waste. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG or manufacturing operations, with experience in production planning and scheduling, supply chain performance, and commercial results delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead weekly and monthly demand planning review processes to ensure optimal inventory management and accurate forecasting.
  • Develop and implement robust forecasting models to support sales trends analysis and product waste reduction.
  • Analyze sales data, identify root causes of forecast misses, and propose corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to provide insights that drive sales and marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver demand planning activities related to new product development and product changes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in FMCG or manufacturing operations, preferably with short shelf life products.
  • Production planning and scheduling experience, with a comprehensive understanding of supply chain performance drivers.
  • Experience in delivering commercial results in an operation environment, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with planning and scheduling tools, ERP software, and negotiation skills.
