Job Description
At Satellite Office, we are seeking a highly skilled Operations Support Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our lounge service division and accidental claim warranty programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Booking of independent contractors for interstate services and managing their job assignments.
  • Liaising with contractors to define company policies and procedures.
  • Working closely with the National Service Manager, Resolution Case Manager, and Service Team members.
  • Processing tax invoices and Goods Return Authorizations (GRA) for international suppliers.
  • Liaising with customers across all digital channels.
  • Monitoring customer reviews and resolving queries.
  • Assessing and converting customer enquiries to potential purchases.

Requirements:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with internal tools and systems.
