Job Description:

We are looking for a talented graphic designer to join our team. As the lead graphic designer, you will be primarily responsible for developing designs and assets to promote and elevate our events through working closely with the consulting team daily.

From event branding and marketing materials to digital assets and presentation design, you will play a critical role in shaping events and our brand. We are seeking a skilled designer who can produce polished, sophisticated marketing collateral and campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop cohesive event design concepts that effectively reflect desired messaging and intent across print, digital, and on-site marketing. Refine brand guidelines for events.
  • Design high-quality, appealing, and informative visual assets for events, including print (flyers, pamphlets, magazine full page spreads), digital (email, LinkedIn), and on-site (posters, banners).
  • Ensure all designs are optimized for use on digital and mobile platforms including the website, social media, paid media and email marketing.
  • Update and maintain websites & event websites, including checking weekly to ensure all links are working and content is up to date.
  • Redesign website to elevate online presence, improve navigation and accessibility, and bring into compliance with ADA requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience working in graphic design, ideally in-house at an events company.
  • Understanding of basic design principles (color wheel, balance, contrast, readability, ADA compliance, brand guidelines & color palette) required.
  • Experience formatting materials for print (crop marks, bleed, etc.) designing Websites and Landing Pages highly preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of Wix, Cvent Events Platform, On24, Canva highly preferred.
  • Will work on a fixed night shift.
  • Able to work from home arrangement.
  • Willing to be assigned in Muntinlupa once normal operations resume.
