Job Title: Delivery Driver

The role of a delivery driver is to safely and efficiently transport goods using a vehicle. The ideal candidate should be able to load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading goods from vehicles;
  • Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness and accuracy;
  • Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving any delivery-related complaints;
  • Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules;
  • Maintaining a safe driving record and adhering to all transportation laws.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A valid driver's license;
  • Ability to operate equipment and machines such as cars, forklifts, etc.;
  • Physical stamina to lift and carry packages;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
