The Sales & Supply Support Manager will lead the Sales and Supply Support team and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest possible goods availability for launches, country, and local store activities.

  • Lead the Sales and Supply Support team to secure excellent availability every day.
  • Contribute to the store business plan and logistics action plan.
  • Maximise successful replenishment by driving forecasting and ordering actions.
  • Analyse stock discrepancies and support inventory management.
  • Secure efficient and precise range management processes.
  • Work with the commercial team on range change processes.
  • Set goals based on key performance indicators and monitor team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with IKEA Code of Conduct, internal regulations, and local legislation.
  • Identify, recruit, and develop talents within the Sales and Supply Support team.
