Job Description

The role of the Energy Development Specialist is to support the overall project development processes, including feasibility studies, site selection, survey, geotechnical investigations and analysis, design development, project optimization, establishing the investment case, coordinating offtake agreements, project financing, preparation of specifications and tendering of the projects.

  • Supports the project manager in managing the project development activities and processes.
  • Provides technical expertise for the detailed analysis and assessment of integrating energy storage systems into renewable energy facilities.
  • Contributes to the project development budget and financial planning.
  • Supports the creation of key project deliverables, reporting mechanisms and timelines.
  • Monitors progress and reports on project milestones.
  • Ensures quality assurance standards are met.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Supporting the project manager in managing the project development activities and processes.
