Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our team at Work for Prosper. This role involves providing exceptional support in compensation and benefits coordination, as well as developing and implementing comprehensive benefits plans and programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of various benefits plans and programs, including timekeeping and HRIS systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service skills, responding to employee inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new benefits initiatives, promoting employee satisfaction and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years experience in compensation and benefits coordination or a similar HR role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of benefits plans and programs, timekeeping, and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Work Environment and Requirements
