Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage and deliver projects on time and within performance and quality standards.
- Project Planning and Design: Plan, design, and manage multiple project typologies.
- Resource Allocation: Establish, implement, and monitor project resources, including setups, standards, and skill assessment within the management coverage.
- Team Coordination: Facilitate the assignment of project team members by supporting in the selection of members ensuring efficient allocation of common resources and skills within the project.

- Due Diligence: Manage due diligence and ensure that project complies with codes and regulations.

- Mentorship: Mentor project team on company standards and procedures.

- Engineering and Specialty Services: Knowledge and experience in coordinating Engineering Design & other Specialty Services.
- Relationship Building: Ability to establish relationships with new clients & nurture relationships with existing clients.
- Work Ethic: Excellent work ethic with the ability to function efficiently without supervision.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and Professional License in Architecture.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years working experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects, resources, and overseeing projects from inception to completion and closeout.
