About the Job

We seek an experienced Senior Information Security Analyst to join our dynamic international information security group. As a vital team member, you will be responsible for overseeing the information security program across multiple affiliated companies, primarily in the United States, with subsidiaries outside the USA.

The ideal candidate will oversee all affiliated companies' compliance mandates, Information Security policies, plans, and procedures. They will review, modify, and update existing policies, plans, and procedures to ensure alignment with Federal, State, industry standards, and relevant contractual cybersecurity requirements. This includes implementing and assessing technical controls and auditing the organization based on all applicable frameworks and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Regularly conduct audits/assessments to ensure compliance with PCI DSS, GLBA, FCRA, and ISO270001.
  2. Research and analyze existing and new cybersecurity laws, industry compliance regulations, and policies to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements and business needs, including GLBA, FCRA, PCI-DSS, EI3PA/ISO27k.
  4. Perform thorough impact analysis and enterprise risk assessment to identify potential risks.
  5. Collaborate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of security controls for cloud and on-premises environments.
  6. Provide expert advice on network security, endpoint protection, and identity & access management (IAM).
  7. Support secure configuration of firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other security technologies.
  8. Develop and implement security policies, procedures, standards, best practices, guidance, and controls.
  9. Participate in planning and administration of phishing campaigns and cybersecurity awareness training.
  10. Coordinate business continuity and disaster recovery exercises based on security incidents.
  11. Oversee technical, operational, and administrative projects across the Enterprise.
  12. Educate and train employees on industry compliance requirements.
  13. Contribute to the development of the information security and security awareness training program.
  14. Facilitate control testing in the form of vulnerability assessments, risk assessments, penetration testing, and social engineering testing.
  15. Collaborate with IT disciplines to address identified weaknesses.
  16. Monitor security logs, alerts, and reports from SIEM tools and other security systems.
  17. Investigate security incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
