Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Documentation Specialist/Technical Writer to create user-friendly documentation for our Communications API and Design System.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with developers to understand the ClickSend API and supporting products.
  • Collaborate with the developer community to ensure that all documentation is aligned with industry standards and best practices.
  • Own and manage API documentation, ensuring it follows a consistent format and meets customer expectations.
  • Write user-friendly content transforming complex information into accessible and engaging content.
  • Provide code-snippets and on-page technical content for our developer portal.
  • Advocate for technical users and participate in customer-centric research.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience in writing technical documentation, working with engineering teams, and using APIs or writing content for API documentation.
