Customer Experience Advocate

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Exchange Coordinator to join our team at St Trinity Property Group.
This role involves coordinating and overseeing the contract exchange process, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and submitted on time, and managing the settlement process, working closely with solicitors, buyers, and sellers to ensure a timely and successful completion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Australian property market and legal processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Responsibilities:
