Graphic Designer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, branding, and visual storytelling.

The successful candidate will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) or other equivalent professional design tools. They will also have an excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and user-centered design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Content Creation: Design compelling visuals for digital and print, including website graphics, email campaigns, social media posts, landing pages, one-pagers, and more.

  • Develop visual content that supports educational materials such as blog illustrations, infographics, and product guides.

  • Translate complex software features and nonprofit concepts into clean, accessible graphics.

    • Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets by following established design guidelines.

    • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to maintain a unified visual identity across departments and campaigns.

      • Marketing & Campaign Support: Work closely with the marketing team to create visual assets for product launches, webinars, lead generation campaigns, and email marketing efforts.

      • Design visuals that help drive engagement, conversions, and brand recognition.

        • Product Graphics: Support the product marketing and customer success teams by creating software graphics, tutorial visuals, and presentation decks that showcase product features.

        • Assist in visual storytelling to highlight user benefits and software usability.

          • Design Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality assets on tight deadlines.

          • Receive and implement feedback from team members to ensure final designs meet objectives.

          A Typical Day in the Role:

Each day may vary, but you can expect to work on tasks such as creating branded graphics for upcoming events, collaborating with the content team to design educational materials, updating existing product brochures, designing set icons, and brainstorming design strategies for client education campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, branding, and visual storytelling.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) or other equivalent professional design tools.

  • Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and user-centered design.

  • Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines consistently.
