Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Global Officium Limited Inc.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with purchases, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about products and services offered by the company.
• Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming store atmosphere.
• Participate in visual merchandising activities to maintain an attractive and engaging store display.
• Ensure all transactions are processed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred; High school diploma or equivalent acceptable.
• A minimum of one year of experience as a cashier in a fast-food chain or front desk staff in a hotel is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Pleasant demeanor and a willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and extended working hours if necessary.
