About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Fulfilment Lead to join our team at Shopee. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within the hub, including managing the daily performance report and identifying opportunities for improvement.

You will lead a team of professionals and be accountable for enforcing procedures and regulations, leading team briefings, and facilitating regular meetings to discuss performance and goals. Your goal will be to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, as well as prior experience as a leader in a warehouse or hub environment. You should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results.
