Generative AI Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Generative AI Associate to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating training data sets for AI models that improve their accuracy, fluency, coherence, and voice.

You will also be tasked with annotating data to help AI models align with human values, analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate data sets.

Responsibilities:
  • Create training data sets for AI models to improve their performance

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Linguistics, Journalism, Creative Writing, English, or similar
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail
  • Able to edit and improve written communication across various fields
