We are seeking a Healthcare Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Finisher of at least 2 years in college with no back subjects
- With experience in handling a Healthcare or Insurance account
- Quality Assurance experience in Healthcare Processes preferred
- Knowledge on federal, state, URAC, and client protocols
- Training delivery and module development skills
- Detail oriented, with good organizational skills
- Good critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team oriented to work in a high stress environment
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated PC knowledge including Windows, MS Applications - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Typing skills preferred
- Able to work rotational shifts with adherence to schedule a must, including evenings, weekends and overtime as necessary
- Willingness to render extended hours as the need arises
