We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and delivering end-to-end projects that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and optimize embedded firmware using C and C++ tailored for performance and reliability.
  • Define technical specifications, project scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
  • Plan, organize, and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are consistently met.
  • Oversee system integration, hardware–software debugging, and performance tuning to guarantee robust functionality.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in developing with ESP32 microcontrollers or equivalent embedded hardware platforms.
  • Strong expertise in C and C++ programming for firmware, with a focus on efficiency and reliability in embedded systems.
  • Solid understanding of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth for device interfacing.
  • Familiarity with RTOS, multitasking, and resource-constrained environments in embedded systems development.
