• Collaborate with a team of Network Engineers to achieve common goals
• Provide first-line support to internal and external parties
• Manage Network & Data Communication Systems
• Deliver exceptional customer service and engage with internal and external customers
• Have a strong understanding of customer service processes and ITIL Framework
