About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to accelerate our digital transformation journey. As a key member of our team, you will be working on our cutting-edge portal, Career EDGE, which aims to change lives and shape the future of technology.

As a full-stack engineer, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow at a faster pace than you can imagine. You will work with new technologies on enterprise products that serve a diverse population across the U.S.

As a founding member of our newly forming team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the team as we navigate this complex digital landscape of generative AI.

We are looking for a highly skilled engineer who can build amazing things using MongoDB, Nest.js, Next.js, Node.js. On any given day, you'll be coding (writing, reviewing, deploying, testing); this is our core expertise and passion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality software solutions for our enterprise products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
  • Work with Agile methodologies to deliver software quickly and efficiently
  • Participate in regular Scrum Ceremonies to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering
  • 5+ years of full stack web apps development experience (front end & back-end)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective collaboration and communication skills
  • Exposure to VSCode, Postman, Jira, GitHub, Terraform, Jenkins, and Docker
  • Experience working on multiple platforms (OS - Linux, Windows)
