Architectural Design Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Architect to design and develop innovative architectural concepts for accessory dwelling units (ADUs). The ideal candidate will have expertise in ADU feasibility, site planning, architectural design, and permitting.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop conceptual floor plans, elevations, and renderings using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Model existing spaces from point cloud data and create 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and models.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all drawing sets and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal team members to meet project requirements.
  • Prepare detailed architectural plans, including sections and construction details, and submit and manage the permitting process with municipalities until approval.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a multi-client architectural environment with proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
