Job Description:

The Financial Operations Associate role is responsible for performing various tasks related to financial operations, including making outbound calls to client customers to advise them of overdue status and indicate return of the vehicle is paramount otherwise further action will be taken.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of college level education and 2 years of solid experience in customer call handling. Familiarity with dunning and call handling escalations process is also required. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be able to resolve escalations and customer concerns/complaints, work in Pasay, and be willing to work Night Shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to client customers to advise them of overdue status.
  • Handling inbound calls from customers addressing responses to letters of demand.
  • Escalating issues to management as necessary.
  • Participating in scheduled Monthly/Quarterly Regional governance.
  • Assisting in preparation of operating and management reports.
