As a Sales Training Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with Product Experts, Team Leads, and Pros to understand their business objectives and develop tailored strategies to reach Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and close gaps in knowledge in areas including ad creation, targeting, budget, and measurement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Facebook advertising and marketing trends, best practices, and algorithm changes, and proactively share insights and recommendations with the team.
  • Assist Product Experts with knowledge management, including huddle planning, AKN, and gathering insights and feedback for clients.
  • Develop coaching opportunities to drive adoption of optimal strategies on calls.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3-4 years of experience in training.
  • Understanding of sales background.
  • Amenable to work in Quezon City.
  • Willing to work in a BPO company.
