Key Responsibilities- Identify employees' health-related problems as reasons for job changes and leave of absence
- Develop and implement programs of health nursing services for the general health and welfare of employees
- Collaborate with the company physician to perform medical check-ups and annual physical examinations of employees
As an Occupational Health Nurse Specialist, you will play a critical role in promoting the health and well-being of our employees, and ensuring that they receive the medical attention they need to stay safe and healthy at work.
You will work closely with our healthcare team to develop and implement policies and procedures related to occupational health, and to provide education and training to employees on workplace health and safety.
In addition, you will be required to maintain accurate and confidential medical records, and to communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
