Job Summary:

MOVE Your Biz is seeking a highly skilled Data Management Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing data to ensure accurate and accessible information across various platforms.

About the Role:

This position involves data entry, file management, supporting data transfer processes, and assisting with audits and reporting tasks. As a Data Management Professional, you will have the opportunity to work in a structured environment, utilizing your exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and easy accessibility. Regularly review and update files before transfer, making necessary corrections.
  • File Transfer Support: Assist with import and export processes, ensuring accurate data transfer and validation for internal and external use.
  • Audit Participation: Gather, organize, and provide necessary data for audit projects, collaborating with auditors as needed to facilitate accurate assessments.
  • Data Entry & Verification: Perform precise data entry tasks, including data input and verification, to ensure the completeness and accuracy of records.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Assist with basic data analysis and reporting tasks as directed by supervisors, gathering insights and compiling relevant data for internal review.
  • Communication: Adhere to the company's camera-on policy during working hours to enhance communication and accountability.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure a high level of accuracy in all data-related tasks, with unwavering attention to detail for maintaining data integrity.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Support the team with various ad hoc tasks and special projects as required, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in data management, data entry, or a similar role that requires meticulous attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data management software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, database systems) and other relevant administrative tools.
  • Typing Skills: Ability to maintain a typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy for data input tasks.
  • Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of data analysis and the ability to generate simple reports from data sets.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple data projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey data-related information clearly.
  • Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and maintain discretion at all times.
  • Schedule: Amenable to work Monday to Friday between 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Data Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Audit Experience: Previous experience supporting audit projects or working in environments with strict data accuracy requirements.
  • Advanced Data Skills: Familiarity with advanced data tools or software (e.g., SQL, Python) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, systems, and data processes as required by the client or team.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $650 + $50 allowance per month, offering a competitive compensation package to successful candidates.
