Creative Director of Building Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director of Building Projects to join our team at Lead Tech Industrial Solutions Corporation.
About the Role:
- Developing project plans and overseeing their execution from concept through to construction documents.
- Working closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements for building projects.
- Preparing detailed budgets, timelines, and specifications for building projects.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Providing leadership and guidance to junior designers and staff.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and ExecutionDevelop project plans and oversee their execution from concept through to construction documents. This includes working closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements for building projects, as well as preparing detailed budgets, timelines, and specifications.
Collaboration and CommunicationWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions. This includes collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are considered and executed successfully.
Leadership and GuidanceProvide leadership and guidance to junior designers and staff. This includes mentoring and training junior designers, as well as providing technical support and guidance to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
