Senior DTC Video Editor Role Overview\

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior DTC Video Editor to join our marketing department. This key team member will be responsible for creating high-converting short-form videos that drive results.

The mission is to lead the production of high-quality video content quickly and efficiently, ensuring we maintain our position as leaders in video marketing for e-commerce.

\Key Responsibilities\

  • Produce a consistent volume of approximately 10 high-quality short-form videos per day, following preset scripts and styles.\
  • Analyze prior video metrics to increase views and conversions.\
  • Apply direct-response copywriting principles to review scripts.\
  • Manage your daily workload efficiently to meet deadlines without needing hand-holding or frequent check-ins.\
  • Quickly learn and master new tools and software, and editing techniques as social media trends evolve.\
  • Ensure every video meets exacting quality standards and perfectly matches provided instructions, minimizing the need for revisions.\

  • Meet KPIs such as a 10 Daily Video Quota: 10 videos per day, delivered weekdays by 7PM ET, and a 90% First-Pass Approval Rate: at least 90% of submissions require no revisions.\
