Key Responsibilities

The Finance Associate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Assist in the preparation of financial plans and forecasts, and perform financial analysis to identify areas of improvement.
  • Accounting and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • BIR Compliance: Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and requirements, including preparation and filing of necessary documents.
  • Team Support: Provide support to the finance and accounting team as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the Finance Associate should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Experience in preparing and filing BIR compensation, VAT, and ITR.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
Work Environment

The Finance Associate will work in Alabang, supporting the company's growth and development.
