Role Overview
Southeastasia Retail, Inc. is looking for an experienced Sales Auditor to join our team. As a Sales Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting regular audits of sales transactions and ensuring their accuracy and completeness.

About the Position:

  1. Conduct thorough audits of sales transactions to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
  2. Collaborate with Accounting - Head Office to submit timely reconciled/audited daily sales reports.
  3. Verify that sales transactions are properly recorded and uploaded in the system.
  4. Review debit and credit card transaction slips for accuracy and compliance.
  5. Ensure cash and check sales collections are deposited with the bank on time and supported by validated bank deposit slips.
  6. Monitor compliance with PCF releases from various custodians and prepare reports for liquidation and replenishment.
  7. Investigate discrepancies noted during audit procedures and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
  8. Issue audit findings reports to erring personnel and forward them to the ALC Manager for review and approval.
  9. Review monthly summaries of cashier's short & over.
  10. Audit and monitor membership cards and other income.
  11. Review door audit finding reports for immediate verification and resolution.
  12. Prepare weekly summaries of audit findings for reference by departments looking to improve controls and procedures.

Key Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent is preferred for this position.
  • Required skills: Strong planning & decision-making skills, Analytical skills, Customer Service-oriented, Keen to details.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Davao City.
