Job Summary

As a WFH Registered Nurse with RSD Human Resources Management Consultancy, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating clinical information and documentation, as well as performing fax triage and conversion, and provider calls. You will also review documentation and interpret data obtained from clinical records or systems to apply appropriate clinical criteria and policies in line with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of clinical information and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Perform fax triage and conversion, and provider calls to gather necessary information
• Interpret data obtained from clinical records or systems to apply appropriate clinical criteria and policies
• Protect the confidentiality of member information and adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
• Active PRC - RN license
• At least one year of clinical nursing experience
