Job Title:

Client Tax Associate

Role Overview:

This is a key role in our organization, requiring strong analytical and communication skills to manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in tax consulting or auditing, with a focus on project management and detailed analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage changes to existing client accounts and move projects through the workflow in a timely manner.
  • Assist clients and their Sales Tax Accountants with issues related to tax settings, platforms, permits, and offboarding.
  • Analyze factors to determine nexus obligations; collaborate with Onboarding Specialist to review and present results before client meetings when ready.
  • Update and test tax collection settings on platforms for permit start/end dates.
  • Manage permit closures, final billings, paperwork, and system removals; ensure a positive end experience.
  • Provide support across listed areas to maximize onboarding efficiency.
  • Primary contact for billing-related changes or issues across all clients.
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements with the Onboarding Team.
Requirements:
  • Strong preference for experience in tax auditing, tax consultancy, or tax advisory.
  • Experience with project management, detailed analysis, and research.
  • Positive references from past supervisors.
  • Sales tax experience is a plus, but not required.

  • Flat monthly salary ranging from 102,725php - 105,144php
