The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Officer to join our team in San Pedro. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, and management, working closely with the fabrication team to ensure project success.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project satisfaction.
- Manage third-party suppliers and contracts to support event organization.
- Plan and execute local and international projects according to approved procedures.
- Create detailed project schedules, including key milestones, workstreams, and activities.
- Prepare budget proposals based on project requirements.
- SOURCE vendors for necessary project elements.
- Compile production reports, post-event reports, documentation, and other required reports.
- Travel for out-of-town and overseas projects as required.
- Manage third-party suppliers, contracts, and develop event proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in construction and project management preferred.
- No license required.
- Proficient in computer systems.
- Willingness to travel locally or internationally.
- Availability to start immediately.
