Job Summary:

  • HSE Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures aligned with the company's global strategy and local regulations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all sites adhere to applicable local and international HSE laws, regulations, and standards.

  • Incident Management: Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7-15 years of experience in a health, safety, and environmental management role.
  • Strong understanding of local HSE regulations and cultural factors affecting safety practices.
  • Proven track record of managing HSE in complex, multi-site, and multinational organizations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
