We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive professional to lead the integration, optimization, and administration of software asset management solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide software licensing strategies.

This position requires strong technical expertise in Flexera technologies, including FlexNet Manager Suite and Flexera One, as well as a deep understanding of software licensing models and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

· Designing and implementing tailored software asset management solutions to meet business needs

· Administering and optimizing Flexera platforms to support software license management and compliance initiatives

· Analyzing and managing complex software licensing agreements, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency

· Integrating Flexera with IT service management and IT asset management tools to enhance automation and data integrity

· Collaborating with stakeholders across IT, procurement, security, and compliance to deliver effective software asset management solutions

· Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, promoting best practices and process improvement

· Performing regular system audits, reporting, and software usage analysis to support compliance and cost-saving efforts

· Maintaining comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures

· Staying current with industry trends in software asset management, IT asset management, and relevant technologies

The ideal candidate will possess:

· 3+ years of experience administering and integrating Flexera tools

· A solid understanding of software asset management best practices and license optimization strategies

· Strong working knowledge of major software licensing models, including IBM, Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, etc.

· Familiarity with integrating Flexera with platforms like ServiceNow, particularly within ITAM and ITSM ecosystems

· Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
