We're seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketer to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. As a key member of the Marsh McLennan Digital Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving distribution support and enablement, monitoring and reporting to continuously improve outside-in user journeys and experience.

With a focus on delivering a best-in-class online presence, you will partner effectively with multiple stakeholders to drive business/digital objectives, initiatives, and online optimization. The digital marketing landscape is fast-paced, and this role will report into the specified Regional Digital Marketing leader.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Authoring webpages to drive the best user experience and expand audience in Asia location websites and languages.
  2. Partnering with country marketers and business partners to execute campaigns including email distribution.
  3. Managing overall site health, including SEO, tags, cookie consent, accessibility, etc., and overall local execution of global processes. Partnering with Technology teams on Martech implementation and adoption.
  4. Coaching/educating marketing teams on best practices to influence digital campaign planning and online experiences.
  5. Driving outside-in taxonomy, IA (within global framework), tagging, and content performance with a core focus on experience fragments, localization, and personalization.

About You:

  • A solution-focused delivery expert with a track record in strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and achieving desired results.
  • Strong experience in strategizing, designing, and executing a digital marketing presence that successfully amplified brand, client/prospect engagement, and online leads/e-commerce sales.
  • Proven digital marketing expertise and knowledge, including IA/taxonomy, tagging, SEO, lead nurture, experience/content fragments for localization, personalization, accessibility, UX/UI, conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, email promotions, etc.
  • Basic analytics skills to track and measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Fair Martech knowledge, including platforms such as AEM, MS Dynamics 365, Adobe Target, GA/Adobe Analytics, Wrike, SEMrush or other equivalent enterprise digital platforms. Experience in international websites management and Martech is a plus.
  • An excellent ability to partner with and influence multiple-stakeholders in a dynamic environment with a 'can do' mindset to achieve successful business impact and outcomes.
  • A strong curiosity and creativity, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscapes, applying them to digital marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent communications skills – English verbal and written.
  • Relevant qualifications/certifications, or 3+ years related experience.
