Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to manage financial operations for multiple short-term rental properties.

  • Reconcile bank accounts, merchant accounts, and booking platform payouts.
  • Track income, occupancy taxes, fees, and commissions from various rental platforms.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow reports.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily accounting operations for multiple short-term rental properties.
  2. Coordinate with property managers or hosts regarding budget adherence and expense tracking.
  3. Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payments to vendors.

Requirements:

  • Accounting experience, with at least 1 year in short-term rental or hospitality industry.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Excel; experience with short-term rental tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
