Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess potential risks for major projects in terms of stability.
  • Plan and construct fault-finding capabilities, fault location capabilities, and fault emergency capabilities for the production environment.
  • Improve system processing performance under high concurrency and massive requests in a large-scale distributed system environment, solve various technical risks, and ensure safe, stable, and fast operation.
  • Construct the basic technology risk platform.
  • Establish emergency mechanisms and handle failures in production to recover business operations with higher synergy, influence, and organizational capabilities.
  • Protect and manage releases through the build, test, and production environments.
  • Develop common strategies for release governance across multiple systems and standardize release management processes.
  • Create standards and formats for release playbooks and work with production control to standardize release decision-making.
  • Define rollback mechanisms and standards for capturing release-related performance indicators.
  • Forecast demand for release resources and identify opportunities for greater efficiency.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong competencies in designing and developing large-scale, high-concurrent Web application systems with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Solid Java programming foundation, familiarity with distributed applications development, and related open-source technologies, as well as Linux commands and common databases.
  • Technical background with experience in Disaster Recovery and understanding of overall site high availability and stability.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and deliver successful results.
  • Strong communication ability, leadership innovation, responsibility, quality, and pursuit of technology.
