Job Opportunity

As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and managing end-to-end Google Ads campaigns across various formats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Google Ads strategies aligned with client objectives and sales funnels.
  • Plan and launch campaigns, conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to ensure high-quality ads.
  • Optimize campaigns for performance, including bid adjustments, budget allocation, A/B testing, and quality score improvements.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to campaign delivery, ad disapprovals, or policy violations.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize ROI, and support decision-making.
  • Create and deliver regular performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Use tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Looker Studio to track KPIs and campaign metrics.
Strategy & Execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive execution and message alignment.
  • Recommend improvements to landing pages to increase Quality Score and conversion rates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns with measurable results.
  • Google Ads Certification is a strong advantage.
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal and public relations skills.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical abilities, making data-driven decisions.
