Job Overview

As a Security Analyst, you will be part of our elite team responsible for supporting customers and partners with polite professional etiquette. Your primary duties will involve network troubleshooting, configuration, and management of various security platforms, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Network Troubleshooting: Utilize strong TCP/IP networking skills to diagnose and resolve common network issues.
  • Security Platform Management: Configure, manage, and upgrade firewall, intrusion detection system, internal vulnerability scanner, and intrusion protection system platforms.
  • Incident Response: Analyze and respond to security events from various data sources, ensuring timely action within documented service level agreements.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers and partners in a positive, professional manner, taking ownership of customer satisfaction and success.
Key Requirements:
  • Network Security Knowledge: Possess intermediate-level understanding of network security concepts, information security best practices, TCP/IP networking, and relevant products from leading vendors.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of experience in information security or networking.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrate excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Showcase strong English communication skills (oral and written).
